Jan M. Kallshian

Financial Analysis, Project Accounting, Expert Witness

Jan Kallshian is an affiliate service member of AJBR and has served as a Receiver in both King and Kitsap County Superior Courts and as an accountant to Bankruptcy Trustees in Bankruptcy Court.  He is currently the project accountant for the Spangler Receivership. Kallshian has over 35 years of diverse experience in financial accounting, financial management and business operations. As a CFO and consultant, his engagements have included projects and interim management of client businesses with experience in business planning, financial projections, financing structures (traditional bank, asset-based, production, venture, and factoring), negotiations with tax authorities, turnarounds, reorganizations, bankruptcies, business valuation, cash flow management, buy/sell agreements, and valuation of contract terminations. He has worked closely with creditors, debtors, customers, vendors, senior management and directors. Kallshian has specialized in providing CFO services and business advice to public and private companies and their owners in various industries, including manufacturing, construction, professional services, Internet, hospitality, wholesale and retail.  From 1976 to 1983 Jan was an audit manager and CPA with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the Seattle and San Francisco offices.

Kallshian earned a BS in Accounting from California State University/Chico. He is an Officer and/or Board Member of several private and charitable organizations including Chandler’s Square Retirement Community, Habitat for Humanity of Snohomish County, Central United Methodist Church and the related Pacific Northwest Council on Finance and Administration. He is also a Board Member of Fidelity Trust Company and the Manager of Lighthouse Property Holdings, which is constructing a memory care facility in Anacortes, Washington.
